You'll be the steady operational backbone behind a fast-moving entrepreneur organizing what's been neglected, maintaining systems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position as responsibilities expand and systems mature. What You'll Do Personal Organization<ul><li>Run errands, schedule appointments, organize files, and set up reminder systems</li></ul>Business Support<ul><li>Clean up calendars, emails, and digital assets</li><li>Organize Google Drive and manage project workflows</li></ul>Systems Building<ul><li>Help implement tools like ClickUp, Trainual, and GoHighLevel</li><li>Create SOPs and handoff-ready processes for recurring tasks</li></ul>You're Perfect If You<ul><li>Complete tasks 100% you don't stop at good enough</li><li>Love details you catch what others miss</li><li>Work systematically checklists, documentation, and tracking are your norm</li><li>Communicate proactively no chasing required</li><li>Value quality over speed done right beats done fast</li><li>Are based in or near Dallas (75214 / 75206)</li><li>Use Google Workspace confidently and learn new tools without hand-holding</li></ul>Bonus Points For<ul><li>Experience supporting entrepreneurs or creatives</li><li>Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, Zapier, Trainual, or GoHighLevel</li><li>Skill using AI tools (like ChatGPT) to save time and streamline tasks</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>$25$30/hour</li><li>Flexible 1020 hours/week</li><li>High-trust environment with immediate impact</li><li>Growth potential into a larger or full-time role as we scale</li></ul>This isn't a passive assistant role.
